Most of our clients never visit the office. We work by phone, text, video, and email, and you're welcome to meet in person in Johnson City by appointment.

Yes. Where you live now doesn't decide it; where your land is does. See relocating and building.

We offer NewBuild construction loans in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Kentucky only.
