This website explains construction loans in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Kentucky. It is not a consumer reporting agency, not a bank, and not a place to dump tax returns into a contact form.

What we collect on purpose

If you call or text, we collect the number you used, what you said, and notes needed to brief a construction conversation: county, occupancy, veteran status if you offer it, dealer or builder names, and whether you own land. If you email, we collect the address and the content of the message. If you book a call, that vendor will collect whatever the calendar form asks for. If you start pre-approval, that system will collect the application information required to originate a mortgage, which is a longer list than this marketing site should inventory in casual language.

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, or military paperwork to email unsolicited. Ask first. See contact.

Server logs typically include IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages requested. We use that to keep the site up and to see which construction pages people actually read. We do not sell a marketing list of construction shoppers as a product line, and we will not pretend those logs are anonymous if they can identify you when combined with a unique visit pattern.

Cookies, analytics, and third parties

This static site may set cookies that are strictly needed to run, and may later add analytics or advertising pixels. If and when a pixel is added, the vendor's notice applies to what they collect. We will not hide a later ad pixel behind this paragraph as if it already existed. Today, treat this as a brochure site plus phone and email.

Google reviews and social links leave this site. Their privacy policies apply when you click through. Booking and application vendors, when connected, will have their own notices. Hosting and DNS providers see traffic as any host does. We use NMLS Consumer Access as a public registry link, not as a data share of your personal information.

How we use what you give us

To return a call. To decide whether a construction program might fit. To coordinate with a builder or dealer you asked us to include. To originate a loan through Preferred Rate, a DBA of American Pacific Mortgage, when you apply. To meet legal obligations that apply to mortgage originators. To improve these pages so the next veteran is not told VA construction does not exist.

We do not use your construction story as a testimonial. Reviews on this site are attributed to The Arrowood Team at Preferred Rate and come from the live Google profile.

Sharing

Mortgage origination requires sharing with the parent company, investors, mortgage insurers, appraisers, title, and other parties to a loan, when there is a loan. A free consultation is not automatically that. A partner you invite onto a call is someone you asked us to talk to. We will not cold-share your name to a dealer as a "lead" you did not request.

We may disclose information if required by law, by NMLS or regulator request, or to protect against fraud. We do not sell personal information as that phrase is used in casual speech. If a future advertising vendor requires a different statement, this page should be updated before that vendor is turned on.

Retention and security

Loan application records follow mortgage record-keeping rules that are longer than a brochure site's memory. Call notes follow what our team needs to serve you and what the company requires. Website logs follow host retention. No website is perfectly secure. Do not email secrets. Use the application system when it is live.

You may ask what we have about you on this marketing relationship by contacting our team. Application privacy rights also live in the notices you receive in a real application. Credit reporting disputes are not handled by rewriting this webpage.

Children

This site is for adults considering a mortgage. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may change this notice. The date at the bottom of a future revision will matter more than a screenshot you saved. Material changes to how we collect on this domain should be reflected here before the new collection starts.
