Helpful, not required
What to have handy
You don't need any of this to book. If you have it, it helps us give you better answers:
- Where you plan to build. A county or an address is plenty.
- Whether you or your spouse served. VA may be an option.
- Your land situation. Owned, under contract, or still looking.
- Your builder or dealer. If you have one. It's fine if you don't yet.
- A rough budget. The cost planner can help you get one.
- Your builder or dealer on the line. If they'd like to join, put them on speaker. It often saves a second call.

Is there a fee for the consultation?
No. It's free, and it's not an application or a commitment.
Do I need any documents?
Not to talk. Documents come later, if and when you decide to apply.
Will you pull my credit?
Not on this call. If a credit check is needed later in the process, we'll tell you before it happens.
What if I'm building outside your six states?
We offer construction loans in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Kentucky. If your land is somewhere else, we'll tell you right away, so you don't lose any time.
Can I apply instead?
You can. Most clients find it easier to talk first, so the application fits the project. If you're ready, see start pre-approval.
